Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Gestalt Therapy 

This approach focuses on increasing awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the present moment. By exploring how past experiences show up in your current life, this approach helps you recognize patterns, take ownership of your choices, and move toward greater self-understanding and growth.

Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

An approach that focuses on the ways our emotions shape how we connect with others. In individual and couples work, EFT helps identify negative cycles, improve communication, and build trust and security—leading to deeper, healthier relationships.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy uses the natural language of children—play—to help them express feelings, process experiences, and learn healthy ways of coping. In a supportive environment, children use toys, art, and imagination to explore their world, build problem-solving skills, and strengthen emotional well-being.
